Meet sweet Miss Drue.

Drue is everything you want a little girl to be. She’s bounces over to you with a simple smile and immediately grabs your hand to play. When you give her an idea that “might be fun”, she gets a twinkle in her eye and giggles “okay!” She looks to her big brother with total love and admiration. She snuggles into her daddy and you just know he is wrapped around her little finger. And she twirls with mommy alighting with laughter. She is 100% sugar and spice and everything nice.

And today she turns 2! How quickly babies blend from infant to crawler to toddler and then, bamm!, two. Something magic happens around two and that baby you brought home becomes a kid. Still a bite-size one for sure. But not an itty-bitty anymore.

Hang in there, mama. She’s growing fast on you. But from what I saw, there isn’t a terrible thing about Miss Drue. Terrific Two! Happy Birthday, Miss Drue!
