So you’ve had your session, you love your gallery and now you are ready to get some art on your walls.
But where to start?
Trying to decide what size prints or canvases you need to create the look you are trying to achieve can be totally overwhelming. Over the next few weeks I will be adding some samples of product ideas to give you some jumping off points. I will collect all the sample photos and inspiration here for reference and give you some break downs on the blog and link them to each other.
And how about we start with some nursery inspiration. Anyone who has worked with me knows that my favorite images from any session are always the ones of family loving on each other.
Here are some awesome family shots from sweet Nolan’s newborn session. I love the idea that as he gets bigger he can see his parents smiling at him whenever he wakes from a nap or in the morning.
This display is a 20″X30″ canvas with a 16″X20″ canvas on either size. One thing that I have found again and again is people are amazed that sizes that sounds big really are not as big as they thought they would be when they get on the wall. The last thing you want is to get your canvas prints back, hang them, step back and think – wow, I can hardly see that. Unless you are very experienced at buying art or photography, you will almost always need to go bigger than you initially think.
Daunting, I know. But that is why working with a professional photographer makes all the difference. We are experienced and are happy to consult on your print needs and help you to insure that you are going to end up with what you envision. Ready to order some prints? Just let me know and we can set up a time to get you all in good shape!
