It’s no secret that photographing sweet little newborn babies drove me to launching this dream into a business. Actually, I have always found any excuse I could to be around little babies. I just love everything about them. Being a mother has only intensified my adoration for little ones.
About the only thing that makes being a newborn photographer more fun is when I get to be among the first to meet the sweet new additions to families I already love.
Take this sweet little miss for example. Hannah is the newest little princess in the lives of two friends who I have long admired. Nick & Megan were not “Nick & Megan” when I first knew them. Megan was a younger cheerleader that I could not wait to have on my squad. Not only was she just that good, but she is about as nice of a person out there. And Nick & I have many years of church youth group trips and then college hang outs full of memories. It’s amazing that of all the overlapping friends Nick & Megan have, none of us thought to put the two of them together. When that day did come, it seemed so obvious to everyone around them. Perfection.
And now they have two beautiful little girls that could not be more perfect themselves. It’s a good thing that daddy was a Navy SEAL, because he is going to have his work cut out keeping the boys away from these two. Of course, it is no surprise when you look at their parents.
Such a wonderful family all the way around and I am so lucky to have gotten to capture these moments of newly being a family of four.
