WOW! Has this spring been full!

Full of sessions, fun with family and even full of pregnancy complications.

On bed rest. Off bed rest. Partial bed rest. Full bed rest. Bed rest laying only on the left side. Yep, there was a lot of “rest” this pregnancy. Any mom knows that there really is no such thing as true “bed rest” when there is a 4 year old and a 2 year old in the house. Not unless they put you in the hospital. And thank goodness I avoided that.

Anyway, all that chaos meant that anytime I was not confined to resting, I was caring for kids, shooting and editing. But no blogging. Because with all that chaos, you have to prioritize.

But it was all worth it in the end. Many great sessions (keep an eye out for some posts in the coming weeks) and best of all, my sweet “little lion” in my arms and joining his big sisters, Monkey & Bear, in our hearts and home.

I am sure there will be more photos of the sweet little guy coming, but for now, here is the newest love in my life. I’ll be snuggling him, recovering and figuring out life with three until mid to late July, but hopefully I’ll be able to use this “maternity leave” to catch up a little on the happenings of spring.
